You agree to: • Use the site in accordance with applicable laws. • Not disrupt the service (abusive scraping, attacks, etc.). • Provide honest contributions (spot suggestions, photos, reviews). • Not impersonate another person. Abusive use may result in account suspension.

3. User content

By submitting content (photo, suggestion, comment), you guarantee that you are the author or have the necessary rights. You grant Pêcheur Québec a non-exclusive license to display your content on the site. You can remove it at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.

4. Liability

Pêcheur Québec provides information "as is" with no warranty. We do our best to ensure the data is accurate (MFFP regulations, spot coordinates, etc.), but you are responsible for verifying current regulations with official authorities before each outing.

5. Fishing disclaimer

Information about fishing regulations, season dates, catch limits, and MFFP zones is provided for informational purposes. The official regulations are those of Quebec's Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks (MFFP). Before each outing, consult peche.faune.gouv.qc.ca/regpec and buy a valid license at sepaq.com.

6. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Montreal district.
