Lac aux Sangsues, located in the Zec Dumoine in Abitibi-Témiscamingue, is a popular fishing destination known for its populations of walleye and northern pike. Access is facilitated by a dock, and a launch ramp is available for boaters. A modest daily access fee, typically ranging from $10 to $25, is required, and registration upon entry is mandatory. This controlled exploitation zone, managed by a local non-profit fishing association, promotes conservation and sustainable fishing practices.
