Lac des Îles, located in the Zec Nordique in the Côte-Nord region, is a favored fishing spot for walleye and trout. Access is straightforward with a boat launch available, but a modest daily access fee of $10 to $25 is required, along with mandatory registration upon entry. Anglers can also take advantage of camping or cabin options within the ZEC. This controlled exploitation zone is managed by a local non-profit fishing association, promoting conservation and sustainable fishing practices.
