Description

The Flamand Ouest River, located in the Frémont Controlled Harvesting Zone in Mauricie, provides an excellent fishing environment, particularly for trout enthusiasts. Access to this site is free, but a modest daily access fee is required for the management of the ZEC, which is run by a local non-profit fishing association. Registration at the entrance is mandatory. Anglers can also take advantage of camping facilities or chalets available within the ZEC. Be sure to check fishing seasons and make reservations if needed.
