Description

The Flamand River, located in the Zec Gros-Brochet in Mauricie, is a popular spot for pike and trout fishing. Access to this controlled exploitation zone is free, but a modest daily access fee of $10 to $25 is required, and registration is mandatory upon entry. Anglers can also take advantage of camping or chalet options available on-site. This ZEC is managed by a nonprofit association of local anglers dedicated to conservation and sustainable fishing practices.
