Zec Forestville
The Ouellette River, located in the Forestville ZEC in the Côte-Nord region, is a popular spot for salmon and trout fishing. Access to this controlled exploitation zone is free, but a modest daily access fee is required, and registration is mandatory upon entry. Anglers can also take advantage of camping facilities and cabins provided by the ZEC. It is advisable to plan visits according to fishing seasons and to check the conservation regulations in place for sustainable fishing practices.
